Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality services at Majestic Authors Media LLC. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all completed work is non-refundable. This includes:

• Book formatting
• Book cover creation
• Publishing assistance
• Website development
• Book marketing or promotions

Once work has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

A refund may be requested if:

• No work has been started
• No materials have been exchanged
• Request is made within 24–48 hours of payment

After initial consultation or after materials are reviewed, refunds are no longer applicable.

3. Client Dissatisfaction

If a client is dissatisfied, we will:

• Offer revisions according to the service package purchased
• Provide reasonable adjustments to meet project expectations

Refunds will not be provided once work has been delivered or drafts have been sent.

4. Chargebacks / Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first before filing any dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of agreement.
